A season of farewells, originally uploaded by Capt. Tim.

Many people i know have recently had to say goodbye to loved pets recently, this picture is for Miranda, who had to put her kitty to sleep. I’d visited around thanksgiving and taken some pictures.

Houses seem empty without them and Its sad to see them go but i think they’re worth every tear.

Today Maryam had her birthday pub crawl. We stopped off in Merchants in Jack London Square for some cheap drinks and pool.

I took these with alexis prodding me and having me break out my flash cable even when i wasn’t in the mood to break out my flash cable. I’m not sure how much stuff I’d miss out on learning if Alexis didn’t ignore my protests and make me do shit anyways.

I’d never posted any of my bridge pictures before. But in this one i think i got a unique enough angle and coloration to make it worthy of posting.

The joy of off camera flash. Alexis and I were at T-Rex for Rachels birthday and I was playing with the new toy, a flash cable.  We ran the flash and cable under table and set it in Alexis’ lap.  Sadly the flash is now gone. It was on loan to a friend and was stolen from a bar in SF.

Mags and Chris, originally uploaded by Capt. Tim.

This is the first picture i took that I thought looked like it could be in a magazine ad for something. The models are my good friends Mags and Chris.

They had wanted some unconventional pictures to send back to their family, and I was happy to oblige them. This was the first planned shoot where I met up with models and and had a set goal. I’m happy with how it turned out.
